Gym Review

The gym at Schlosshotel Ischgl is the only hotel gym in this ski resort town.

The equipment is new, but limited in choice.

You can do cardio on a treadmill or cross trainer.

For strength you have a functional multifunctional station, so you can do lat pull down, row, flys.

The free dumbbells are too low in weight for a serious lifter.

After all this is more a gym to stay in shape than to get in shape.
